Various types of matcha powder (Uji, Shizuoka) are divided into baking and drinking.
Recommended amount of matcha powder:
*Bake -
2%-5% of total materials
The above dosage is for reference only, users can adjust according to their own preferences.
* Drinking -
Mug (630c.c.) 8-12g
Middle Cup (450c.c.) 5-8g
Small cup (350c.c.) 3-5g
Add 100c.c hot water to the matcha powder and stir well. Add sugar and water (ice cubes) in sequence, and finish a cup of iced matcha. If you add other flavors (eg fresh milk, juice, honey, much more.. , etc.), we must increase the proportion of matcha powder.
Notice:
Matcha powder is a whole leaf grinding, non-dissolving, fiber precipitation is a normal phenomenon.
